The `minargv0` program

minargv0 runs a program with its argv[0] modified.

Interface

     minargv0 prog cmdline...

minargv0 execs into prog, with cmdline... as its command line: in particular, the first element of cmdline will be prog's argv[0], i.e. the name under which it appears.

minargv0 performs the same work as argv0. It has been rewritten to avoid a dependency to ucspi-tcp.
