The npt-notify program
npt-notify instantly notifies a fifodir with
one or more events.
Zero or more processes may be waiting on the fifodir, which may
even not exist.
Interface
npt-notify fifodir [ event ... ]
npt-notify exits 0, or the number of listeners it has
found but failed to notify.
