The catdir program

catdir prints the contents of all files in a given directory on stdout.

Interface

     catdir dir

• catdir prints every file in dir in an undefined order. It exits 111 on any hard error.

Usage

catdir can be used to concatenate a very large number of files, where cat dir/* or some ls- or find-based command line would fail.
