It's called runit-run, created over a decade ago, and it was a Debian
package for some years until other people filed bugs that discouraged M.
Pape and led him to believe that it wasn't wanted.

Note that people are now filing bugs against runit, some of which have
been causing M. Pape grief, because they involve things like the
disappearance of /etc/inittab pulling the rug out from underneath the
maintainer scripts.
